We ask that all users include their campus, position and phone extension so recipients know how to contact you and what your role is in the district.
The standard confidentiality notice is automatically appended to all emails sent to an outside address so it is not necessary to add it to your signature.
Signature Best Practice:
If you create a signature other than what is recommended in the document above, visualize what it will look like in a long thread of emails where it will be included after each of your replies. Large signature graphics with multiple colors and fonts can look unprofessional and distract from your intended message.
