To connect your Dell to a Ricoh printer please follow the steps below
- Click on the Windows button on the bottom left corner then the Settings button
- On the new window click on Devices
- In the left panel click on Printers and Scanners
- At the top of the Window click on Add a printer or scanner
- Scroll down until you see The printer that I want isn't listed
- This might take a bit as you will be going past all the network printers.

- Click on Select a shared printer by name
- Each campus is different so we have provided you with the first part of what you can copy and paste into the search bar. Please copy just the bold text next to your campus.

- Once you paste in you campus, the printers will populate for you. Please scroll until you find the Ricoh you are looking for and click on it. They should have the lettings RC in the name.
- Click Next
- The printer will install any drivers that are needed for the Ricoh please click Next
- Click Finish
- Now you will see the Ricoh printer on the list of printers you can print to. Please click on your Ricoh.
- You will see three buttons please click on Manage
- Click on Printing Preferences
- A new window will pop up please please click on the Detailed Settings tab
- Please click on Job Setup
- Under Job Type please change Normal Print to Hold Print
- On the right side you will see User Code please put in your code to print to the Ricoh
- Your user code is either your phone extension or the last 4 digits of your employee ID. If you don't know your code please let your campus tech know so we can get you that info.

- Once that is done please click Apply
- Congrats you can now print to the Ricoh!
- Click on the Windows button on the bottom left corner then the Settings button
