NOTE: Only designated admin users will be able to send or receive a fax. Please visit the front office to see who that person is on your campus.
For designated users:
With the new GCISD fax server software you will receive an email when a fax is received however, to send a fax or monitor incoming and outgoing faxes you will need to use the website: fax.gcisd.net (from within GCISD network only) and log in with your gcisd username (firstname.lastname) and password.
To send a fax, have your document scanned and/or saved on your computer.
Click the blue Compose Fax button.
When entering the fax number, do not prefix with an 8 or a 1.
Click Choose File then navigate to your saved document.
Click Submit when you’re ready to send.
