To connect your Dell to a Ricoh printer, please follow the steps below
Step 1: Connect the RICOH printer:
1. Click on the Windows Start Menu on the bottom left corner of your Dell.
2. Start typing "Control Panel" in the search bar. Open the Control Panel when it pops up.
3. Under the words Hardware and Sound, click View devices and printers.
4. In the next window, find Add a printer at the top of the screen. Click it.
5. At the bottom of the next box, select The printer that I want isn't listed.
6. In the next screen, select Find a printer in the directory, then select the Next button.
7. On the next screen, next to Name, type the name of the printer you are looking for and select Find Now.
The name of the RICOH starts with your school abbreviation dash copy. Use the guide below to help you.

8. Click on the printer under Search results: and click OK.
9. You can decide to set this as the default printer. Either way, select Finish.
Step 2: Set up Printer Preferences:
10. Once the printer has been added, right-click on the printer and select Printing Preferences.
A new window will pop up. Please click on the Detailed Settings tab.
11. Please click on Job Setup
12. Under Job Type, please change Normal Print to Hold Print or Lock Print. **Important: Check with your campus technician about this! While it is recommended to use Lock Print, some campuses use Hold Print, and some use Lock Print.
13. On the right side, you will see User Code. Please put in your code to print to the Ricoh
**Important: Check with your campus technician about this! Some campuses use their phone extension, while others use the last four digits of their employee ID.
14. Once that is done, please click Apply. Then select OK.
🎉 Congrats! You can now print to the RICOH!
